I recently had work done at the Alameda location. Frank T was excellent, he not only was efficient about what work was needed, but he helped find me some discounts. Frank is what every employee should be.
We have been taking our cars to Big Discount Tire Pros in Alameda since long before they became a Tire Pros franchise or moved to 1835 Oak Street. Today (May 17, 2018), I had a flat tire at about 4:15 pm, as I was leaving the island to drop off the car for Linda and head to San Francisco on BART. Gary Voss and his crew had my tire replaced and my car ready to go in about 30 minutes - from the time I thumped into the parking lot until the time I drove off. And because we bought the road hazard warranty protection we only paid for the labor. ;-) This great service is typical of the way that Big Discount Tire Pros (formerly Big O Tires on Park Street) takes care of its customers all the time: try them and see!
